It features a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 500 m² garden. We're waiting for you ! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor - A living room with armchairs, TV and dining area. - A kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, gas hob... - Bedroom 1: bunk bed (sleeps 2), sofa, TV and en-suite shower room. - Bathroom with shower and WC. - Utility room. Mezzanine - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190). For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 30m² south-facing terrace with furniture and motorized awning to enjoy the sunny days. - A lovely 500 m² garden (not enclosed). Other things to note Other remarks : - One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.
