Million dollar view, Hot Tub, Sauna/Cold Plunge

Great views, brand new cedar sauna with cold plunge tub ($50 sauna fee per stay on request), easy access, and only 7 minutes from Brevard downtown! The views are amazing and go for miles with mountain and valley scenery that provides a full 180-degree range of view. You can enjoy all the space and the hot tub with a waterfall and built-in Bluetooth. Located next to the forest, you can collect wood as much as you want to enjoy the fire-pit. The gas grill is also provided. Strong Wi-Fi The space Real logwood cabin framing The living room and the bedroom have both Smart TVs. Private 6 person sauna all cedar wood inside, including benches. Insulation was done with 5.5” hypoallergenic rockwool insulation. We installed an extra large heater so that it heats up quickly. Cold plunge tub next to it. You can steam it by pouring water over the rocks with a spoon and water bucket provided. The Internet connection is great! The kitchen is equipped with many pots and pans and also with a baking pan set. Keurig and Keurig pots are provided as also tea and sugar and whole space rag for cooking. We also keep the fridge stocked up with basic condiments or some surprising extras so you can enjoy your stay without running to the store again. Upstairs is one twin and one queen size bed. Upstairs is comfortable to watch TV in living room. Ceiling fans are located on the front porch, main room and bedroom. This unit is in a community of a few more tiny homes. Guest access Entire 5 acres is a small community of a tiny home rentals (5 units), great for a family reunions, wedding sleeping arrangements or gatherings. All units can be rented at the same time if available. Other things to note One time $50 fee for the sauna use, please let us know if you wish to use it. We keep the prices competitive in case people don’t want to use the Sauna. It's right off the main road direct from town so you don't have to drive far up in the mountains to get to your destination and you still have the feeling that you are high up in the mountains. You will be just about 6 min. away from the downtown Brevard.
