LIVING ROOM A large and welcoming living room, with a sofa bed (mattress 140x190), air conditioning and a 55" Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ & co. Ultra-fast Wi-Fi (2.5 Gbps) for those who work remotely or love unlimited streaming. KITCHEN A bohemian but super-equipped kitchen, with a SMEG fridge, counter with stools, oven, stove, moka pot, kettle and coffee machine with Nespresso capsules. You will also find salt, oil, sugar, vinegar and pepper to cook in complete freedom. BATHROOM Modern bathroom with glass shower box (120x70 cm), toilet, bidet, towels, hairdryer and shower gel available. BEDROOM Double bed (160x190 cm), chest of drawers, air conditioning and an armchair for reading or relaxing. HALLWAY AND WORKSTATION A functional desk and a spacious built-in wardrobe to store clothes, shoes and suitcases. LAUNDRY Laundry corner with washing machine, detergent and clotheslines outside. All in an extremely quiet, silent and relaxing environment. Guest access Check-in and check-out are autonomous: Check-in: from 15:00 to 23:00 Check-out: by 10:00 A few days before arrival I will request identity documents (front/back) for registration.
