Comfortable Family Lake House

Large house on a quiet road with shared access to semi-private beach. This place is perfect for hanging out, relaxing, playing outside, cooking large meals and entertaining the whole family. The property features a tennis court, basketball hoop, fire pit, pool table, foosball, ping pong, and a variety of lawn games. The beach offers canoes, kayaks, rafts, and beach toys. Nothing too fussy or fancy- this is the perfect place for a family vacation, reunion, work retreat or adventure base. The space This is a 3 bedroom/3 bath house. Each bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed, and there is one folding cot suitable for a child. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware for a crowd and has two full sized fridges. The living room includes a fireplace, grand piano, and plenty of comfy seating. There is a screened in front porch as well as a back patio with a fire pit, picnic table and seating. There is a giant collection of board games, puzzles, books and toys for all ages. The property is 14 acres and includes a semi-private beach, barn, tennis court and some short walking trails. The house is located on a dead-end dirt road which is also ideal for dog walking, bird watching, and riding bikes. Guest access Guest have exclusive access to the 3 bedroom house and shared access to the property which includes a sandy lakefront beach (with plenty of kayaks and canoes), tennis court, and barn with a pool and pingpong table. There is a second house on the property that is sometimes occupied by family members. While private use of the beach, barn and tennis court is not guaranteed, we will try our best to be respectful of your space when you are using it. Other things to note Please note- this house does not have a TV or entertainment system, although it does have Wifi that is suitable for streaming. Another note: These are older buildings in a rural area that are dog friendly. While they are well maintained and professionally cleaned, if you have severe allergies, especially to pollen and pets, we recommend you vacation elsewhere.
