The studio bedroom includes a flat-screen TV and windows that showcase the wooded views. There is also a stand for hanging clothes, a full-length mirror and an extra chair for seating. The cabin has a full bathroom with stand-in shower. Outside, you'll love spending time in the private space enjoying the fresh air. There is a picnic table and extra seating around the firepit in the privacy of your yard. It is a great place to relax after a long day of adventure. There is also seating on the front porch to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. A BBQ grill is also available to take advantage of a cookout! You can also relax on the swing or in the hammock and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the woods just steps from the treehouse. 🛌 SLEEPING: * Bedroom #1: Queen-sized bed. 🍽️ EATING: A microwave and coffee maker are provided for you. There is a picnic table outside as well as an outdoor patio table. The charcoal BBQ grill is located near the bottom of the steps. 🅿️ PARKING Free parking for 1 vehicle. The parking space is flat. There is a lighted walkway through the woods to the treehouse. Other things to note * Quiet hours are 11pm-7am. * Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. * There is a strict no-smoking policy. * No open flames of any kind -- including candles. * We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items. * Firewood is not provided but is available at most stores in the area. * The house is located on a large property spanning over 50+ acres. There are a few other rentals on the property and each share the same driveway. * We do provide pest control at the property. However, it is located in a wooded area surrounded by many types of wildlife. This includes bugs and insects such as flies, mosquitoes, ladybugs, stinkbugs, bees, etc. We do not offer refunds for bugs being onsite. * We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. * We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property. ** This property has an outside security camera facing the driveway and exterior.
