It is a one-of-a-kind home and location for finding peace, solitude, and a cozy basecamp for enjoying nearby hiking: Sewanee Trail, Fiery Gizzard, Fall Creek Falls. Property includes a separate tiny home that may have guests. The space Gather in the open-concept living and dining area, which flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen and extends to a spacious outdoor dining space, perfect for shared meals and connection. Enjoy evenings by the outdoor fire pit or take a peaceful walk along the short trail that loops through the property. Upstairs, one bedroom includes a private bathroom, while the other two share a full bath. There’s also a third bathroom downstairs. For extra sleeping space, the living room includes a pull-out couch. Guest access Guests have full access to the main house, including the front and back porches, outdoor fire pit, scenic lookout, and a short walking trail that loops through the property’s natural surroundings. Feel free to explore and enjoy the land, just remember you’re in the outdoors, so please be mindful of uneven terrain and local wildlife. It is recommended to stay on the marked trail. There may be guests staying in the separate tiny home on the property. We kindly ask that you respect their privacy by avoiding that area during your stay.
