Guest access "When you arrive to the condominium, you must show an official ID and indicate the address you are going to and the names of all guests. We kindly ask you to share with us your approximate arrival time. Our staff will meet you at the entrance of the property to hand over the keys and welcome you as you deserve. We have 2 assigned parking spaces right in front of the house. Please do not block the entrance of any neighbor. You can identify the property by the name 'Casa estrella.' The property is located in a secure and fully private condominium. Other things to note We do not accept pets. We are committed to give you a great experience with us, will be attentive to your arrival and happy to support you with whatever you need throughout your stay. -On the land there are 2 dogs that live there but they are very sociable. -Consider that to get to the property you will have to go through a dirt road, we will share the exact location so that you do not have any setbacks getting there. -For late check-in (after 7:00 pm) there will be an additional fee of 500 mxn in cash upon arrival. - Additional Services & Fees Express Cleaning: $450 (6-hour session).
