This region is home to some of Australia's best beaches, wineries, golf courses, hiking/mountain bike trails & a host of other attractions. Great swimming, snorkelling, fishing, surfing, hiking/riding & dining are all close by. Your hosts, Cole & Ingrid, are long term residents & are happy to advise ! The space Extremely spacious, private accommodation at the front of a large family home. Owners occupy the rear of the house, with separate entrance. Guests’ quarters are completely self contained and separated from owner’s space with a solid locked door. Your space features huge bedroom with king size bed, large ensuite and large living room. Guests have their own microwave, bar fridge, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, utensils & small dining suite. Coffee, teas, milk are provided. A powerful reverse cycle split system will ensure comfort at any time of year. Your living area also features a fireplace. Guest access Guests have their own entrance at the front of the property, Keys to be obtained by arrangement. Guests may park in the driveway, directly in front of the house. Other things to note Bus stop is located 100m away. Buses run every hour, & will take you to & from Mt Martha beach, Mt Martha Village & any of the magnificent beaches between Mt Martha & Mornington.The buses can also take you to Dromana, Main Street Mornington dining/shopping, Mt Eliza & Frankston. It is also possible to travel all the way down to Sorrento & Portsea by bus.
