Villa I Venti di Molara is a splendid two-storey villa with swimming pool, located a short distance from the town of San Teodoro and immersed in the brilliant green of the Mediterranean scrub of Gallura. This villa represents an oasis of peace and, thanks to its strategic position, allows you to easily reach all the main attractions in the surrounding area. The entrance and patio open onto the swimming pool which offers a splendid view of the Island of Tavolara. The space The villa is perfect for comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests, thanks to its 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internally, it is spread over three levels: - On the ground floor, there is an elegant living room featuring exposed stone and granite elements, a spacious kitchen equipped with a microwave, traditional oven, toaster, espresso machine and more, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. - On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, and a second bathroom with a shower. - The basement level consists of an apartment with its own independent external access, also connected internally to the rest of the house. It features a small living room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a third bathroom with a shower. Please note: The pool is usually open from 15 May to 15 October, however, opening and closing dates are subject to general weather conditions and approval by the owners. Security cameras for our guest's safety are installed in the exterior areas of the villa. Other things to note Pets are welcome upon request, subject to approval and an extra fee, provided they do not go on beds or sofas and are taken outside the property grounds for their needs. To be paid at check-in: - Tourist tax to be paid in cash upon arrival according to the regulations of the Municipality. - Any pending balance required. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the swimming pool are subject to changes depending on scheduled maintenance, weather conditions, and approval by the property owners. To be paid at check-out based on consumption: Electricity (mandatory): €0.65 per kWh Water (mandatory): €6.00 per cubic meter Extra services available on request, to be booked no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival: Bed linen and bath towels: €20.00 per person, one-time fee Beach towels: €8.00 each, one-time fee Pets: €100.00 each, one-time fee Baby cot/crib: €50.00 each, one-time fee Highchair: €50.00 each, one-time fee Check-in is scheduled between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., depending on the schedule of our check-in agent, the availability of the villa, and cleaning procedures (therefore, not precisely at 4:00 p.m. on the dot). For check-ins between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €30.00 applies. In case of late check-in from 10:00 p.m. onwards (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 will be charged. For check-ins between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 applies. In case of expected arrivals after 12:00 a.m., the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 may apply. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please respect the recycling regulations and dispose of waste properly according to the instructions provided at check-in. Waste must be sorted into separate bags for organic waste, plastic, glass, paper, cans, and residual waste, and placed in the appropriate bins. At CHECK-OUT, the property must be completely free of any remaining waste. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of €250.00 being withheld. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €2000,00 will be pre-authorised on your credit card. This amount will be automatically released (depending on your bank’s processing times) at the end of your stay.
