Room 2 is located upstairs in the middle of the house. There is a queen platform bed with an amazing mattress (every guest has complimented how wonderful they slept). The bed has six nice sized cedar drawers to store your belongings. There is a closet for hanging clothes and luggage rack. Additional amenities include a ceiling fan, desk, tv and two comfy chairs to sit and enjoy. Your private bath has a large walk in shower and vanity to house all your toiletries. A blow dryer is provided too The space Feel like you are staying at a small inn across from the track. Each private room is upstairs with a separate entrance from the first floor. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, each with private baths (each separately rentable) . There is an additional sitting room and coffee nook on the floor for all 3 rooms to enjoy. Guests have access to the front porch and back yard. Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable, Smart TV and central air. Fresh linens and towels provided. Housekeeping arranged upon booking for long stay. Guest access You have access to a coffee nook that has Keurig, microwave, glass and dishware. There is also a sitting area that overlooks Union Ave that has a table and chairs for eating/playing games, four sitting chairs and tv for relaxing/chatting and a small refrigerator. Guests also have access to the backyard and front porch. Other things to note There are three rooms and only two parking spots behind the house. Parking is on a first come basis and only one car per room. There is plenty of on street, free parking for additional vehicles. Great thing about this location is how conveniently located we are. You are right across from the track (short walk to the entrance), a 10 minute walk to downtown and only a 5 minute drive to either Skidmore or Saratoga Lake.
