Off street parking. Property is located near several restaurants, brewery, library, across the street from a park and pickleball courts. Quiet and centrally located. Just 35 miles to downtown Chicago or a short 6 miles to the metra electric station. The space The first floor is home to a local art gallery. They have limited hours and are a pleasant group to converse with. The second floor has three options for room rentals, the laundry facility and a sitting room/sun room. The third floor has a private apartment and a common area with a sofa and chairs. Guest access There are several common areas in the house and on the porches when the weather permits. During your stay We live close by and are available to assist with anything you may need.
