Relax at this luxury 3BR, 2BA condo in the gated bayfront resort community at Sunset Island. This beautiful 4th floor condo is the perfect beach getaway. Cozy living room opens up to a private balcony. Resort offers numerous amenities including 2 shared pools, a fitness center, a clubhouse, elevator and more! With accommodations for up to 8 guests, everyone will be able to spread out and find their own space to relax and enjoy their time away. The space The spacious 3BR, 2BA floor plan features a full kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room that opens to a wide balcony. Additional luxuries include a community outdoor shower, free WiFi, Xfinity cable basic, flatscreen TVs, central AC, a soaking tub in the master bathroom, and a full-size washer/dryer. The condo is centrally located in mid-town close to many restaurants and attractions. The location doesn't get better than this! Head to the beach (less than half a mile away) for the day of sun and surf, or stay within this gated resort to enjoy the private bayside beaches, indoor and outdoor pools, baby wading pool, walking trails, fitness center, library, locker rooms, a clubhouse, onsite restaurant, a fishing and crabbing pier, and more! Linens are not provided. Guest must bring their own linens or coordinate a linen rental. We have quilts and pillows (please bring pillow cases). We provide toilet paper (1 roll/bath), paper towel (1 roll/stay) and dishwasher detergent. Please use sparingly or feel free to bring your own as we do not replenish items if they run out. *In the off-season (after Labor Day until Memorial Day), the condo balcony may be unavailable due to maintenance work. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25 and required to stay during the entire stay. ID is required to check-in. No unregistered guests. See the house rules and read all sections for additional details prior to booking. Security deposit of $300 will be required for all reservations. As long as the rules are followed and no damage occurs, you will receive 100% of it back within 72 hours (usually less) of check out. The security deposit will be collected separately via Airbnb. This private, 37-acre island sits only two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and is surrounded by the bay on three sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day and breathtaking views at sunset. The Ocean City Boardwalk and world-class golf are just a short drive away. The resort registration fee for the summer is $165 (NOT included in rate listed) paid directly to the community via credit card. Six (6) facility passes are included with the registration fee. Occupancy limits strictly enforced by the community. **Ring video doorbell at the front door** Guest access Keyless Check-in Pick up your rental package at the clubhouse. The clubhouse hours are 8am-4pm. There is a fee for the rental package that is not included in the rental rate and payable by credit card upon arrival (excluding Amex). If you arrive after 4pm, you must stop at the guard shack and give them your name and address that you'll be staying. The guards will issue you an overnight parking pass that will expire 9am the next morning. You will need to pick up your rental package from the office before your pass expires. Other things to note Sunset Island is a secured private resort community guarded 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A guardhouse is located at the Island entry point on 67th Street. Luggage carts are available for guests use in the parking garage. Please return the luggage cart after use. There is a Maryland sales tax of 6% and Worcester County room tax of 5% billed by Airbnb. A brand NEW washer, dryer and stainless refrigerator have been added to the unit in March 2022. Some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because we needed to replace or upgrade household items. Professional pictures are expensive and we cannot re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we will do our best to communicate if we made major changes prior to your visit.
