Accommodation: it is a Suite in a Newly furnished Penthouse (5th floor). It has: 2 single box beds, 1 side table, clothes racks, hangers, private bathroom and central air. (An air mattress can be requested for a 3rd guest) The Penthouse has: a large outdoor terrace, full kitchen, Washer & Dryer, Living room with 50" TV, Wi-Fi, 2nd space with carpet and cushions, and toilet. Here you will enjoy an incredible view and all the tranquility of the neighborhood. The space Guest access You will have exclusive access to your suite and all other common areas (which may eventually be shared with other guests): Terrace, Living Room, Rest Room, Full Kitchen, Service Area, and Toilet. Other things to note IMPORTANT TO READ THIS INFORMATION TO THE END: As a penthouse, we have 3 suites that we rent separately, which means you may have to share SOME COMMON SPACES with other guests: LIVING ROOMS, KITCHEN AND TERRACE. The suite you rent is ONLY YOURS, ONLY YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO IT, AND ALL HAVE A PRIVATE BATHROOM. If no one else has rented during your period, then you will have a whole penthouse for you at the price of a suite. Feel free to ask about the booking calendar.
