The Gulf-facing wall is all windows and doors and leads out to one of the 3 decks. The fully equipped kitchen has QUARTZ countertops with ample seating at the large Island. The house is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and a double oven. The top level also has a King BR suite with a private bathroom, gulf views, and a private south-facing Deck. The second level has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. 3 of these bedrooms have King beds, Ensuite Bathrooms, and private access to the Pool Deck. The 4th bedroom is the custom Bunk room with 2 full beds and 2 twin beds. Steps away from the pool on the second level, there is a morning bar with a full-size refrigerator and sink. The Ground Floor has an indoor entrance stairway with a storage room. An enclosed shower is located under the home and there's ample room for parking under the home. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan.
