Greenacres is an idyllic, spacious retreat ready to welcome you with cake, tea and coffee. A bungalow set in the English countryside, on the edge of the Marshwood Vale with a cosy wood burner, large garden and lovely views. A successful holiday home since 2019, within easy reach of the sea, local pubs and amenities. Ideal for days out but comfortable enough to stay in and relax. A great base to explore further afield and locally. 10% discount on 7 nights or more, 5 nights in October. The space With two bedrooms, 2 or 3 beds, a bathroom and a wet room Greenacres is a beautiful, spacious single-storey home with underfloor heating, tiled floor throughout (apart from the wet room which has specialised flooring), the living room has a wood burner, Freeview Smart TV, DVD player, comfy sofas. French doors lead out to the patio and garden. With two bedrooms, both with Freeview Smart TV's one king and one with a super king bed which can be split on request to two singles (zip and link) . A bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and toilet as well as a separate wet room with shower and toilet. The kitchen/dining area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Smart TV with a separate utility room with washing machine and undercounter freezer. Underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Logs for the wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Large, lawned garden with patio, garden furniture (weather permitting) and barbecue. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. A large garden with a barbecue, where you can enjoy the sweeping views across the fields. Greenacres has been a successful holiday home venue since 2019 with many guests returning (Cottages uk11511). Guest access The entire house is available as one unit. Other things to note Please note: Greenacres is a bungalow BUT there is a step in the car park and also into the property. The garden does not have childproof fences or walls and children must be supervised at all times . Located next door to a working dairy farm, you will experience the true sights and smells of the countryside. Although the bungalow is all on one level unfortunately the doorways are not wide enough to accommodate solely wheel chair access. I am happy to discuss access if there is any doubt of suitability to your needs. We do not allow pets.
