This bright and thoughtfully designed annexe features a charming and well-equipped open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you can unwind and enjoy a fantastic meal. There is also a cosy king-size bedroom with a private balcony which is wonderful for enjoying the far-reaching countryside views. The bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. Please note the first floor has sloping ceilings. The property has a pretty, enclosed rear garden with a patio and a small orchard, where you can enjoy an al fresco meal or relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the tranquil countryside. The picturesque village of Swimbridge is nearby (2 miles) or you can head into the popular market town of Barnstaple (4.5 miles) which has a choice of restaurants, shops and pubs. Towards the stunning North Devon coast, you will find glorious sandy beaches at Westward Ho! (14 miles) and Instow (13 miles).
