Nice house with proximity to the beach

We rent out our nice and spacious summer house in Smygehamn with proximity to the beach, shop and restaurants. There is plenty of space and room for both large & small. As far south as you can get in Sweden! Facilities - Sauna, hot tub, boule court The house is located about 100 meters from the beach and about 500 meters to the swimming jetty. Smygehamn is Sweden's southernmost place & there are shops, restaurants & ice cream kiosks. Proximity to more pearls and beaches along the coast. PLEASE NOTE: Pets are allowed based on consultation with us. The space Entrance floor Large living room and kitchen with fireplace TV room, with sofa bed that can easily be turned into a bedroom (double bed) 140 cm Bathroom - with shower and toilet Large entrance with space to store beach items, outdoor clothing, etc. First floor Bedroom 1 - Double bed 180 cm + single bed 105 cm (with space for extra cot - bring your own) Bedroom 2 - 2 x single beds 90 cm + sofa bed (sleeps 1): Bedroom 3 - Sofa bed (sleeps 1) + 2 x single beds 90 cm + desk + TV with Chromecast). Bathroom - with shower and toilet Extra house Bedroom 4 - Double bed 160 (with room for extra crib - bring your own) simpler extra bed available. Bathroom - with shower and toilet Basement Storage room - with sauna and shower and extra refrigerator. Laundry room - with washing machine and dryer Outside Large terrace with dining table and space for many Hot tub, wood or electric heated Boules court Please note that bed linens and towels are not included.
