Located in the village of Hainford with its traditional thatched pub, this cottage is also in a central Norfolk location perfect for exploring many popular destinations. Wroxham (8 miles), with its array of shops and restaurants, is also home to many boatyards where you can hire a boat and explore the picturesque waterways in style and even stop for lunch at one of the many fantastic and picturesque riverside pubs. The space The traditional seaside resorts of Sheringham (21 miles) and Cromer (17 miles) are within easy reach and there are more Blue Flag sandy beaches to enjoy at Sea Palling (17 miles) and Winterton-on-Sea (21 miles), the latter great for spotting seals. The historic cathedral city of Norwich is just 7 miles away. As you enter this charming and spacious bungalow, you arrive in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner and you immediately get a warm, homely feeling. Heading into the lounge, you have everything you will need to relax and unwind with a comfortable sofa and an armchair and a TV/DVD player so you can catch up on your favourite show or enjoy a movie. The kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, a fridge with an ice compartment and a microwave which is all you need to lovingly prepare a meal. Once dinner is served then head over to the dining table which has two chairs. Leading off from the lounge towards the back of the property, you have the double bedroom which has plenty of space to store clothes and personal belongings, along with an armchair. Next to the bedroom is the bathroom with WC, a shower over the bath - perfect to relax and soak those tired muscles after a busy day out exploring Norfolk. Outside, you have a shared enclosed garden along with a patio and seating and there is also a lovely summer house with pathways available for walks around the owner’s grounds where you can even pop by and say hello to the resident sheep.
