It used to be a "super" ugly 70's building but with the help of a very talented Island Architect, it is now a beautiful traditional, craftsman duplex. The inside has also been totally renovated this year. We own the whole building and live nearby in the neighborhood. Guest access You will have access to the whole house except the basement. Everything else is yours to enjoy! :) Please adhere to the 10 am checkout as the cleaning person will be onsite at 10 am sharp to prepare for the next guest. Thank you for understanding. We also have 2 mountain bikes and helmets for guest use located in the garden shed. Charlottetown is a beautiful place to bicycle with trails nearby! Other things to note We operate a summer business with 7 locations and sometimes we are not immediately available but always just a phone call away! :) One thing about PEI, it's pretty small and I'm usually only an hour away at any time.
