Possibly the best location in Moab! Arches East ~ 389 is a pet friendly condo. There will be a $20/night fee for each pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, it will be added by our reservations team before you are charged. Cottonwoods townhomes do have access to an indoor shared swimming pool. It is controlled & operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access swimming pool or hot tub facilities. Guest access All our units utilize self check-in procedures. Please reference correspondence from us within Airbnb for provided self-check-in details (i.e. rental address, door code, wifi, etc.). These details are forwarded by us just after reserving. Other things to note Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.
