Duplex Loft The space NEWS: Just added a nice Sofa Bed in the living room, that can accommodate comfortably an adult. My one Bedroom DuplexLoft is full of light, high ceilings, includes a mezzanine-like level that offers view of the living space below it. It's very charming in my opinion. Inspiring for creative people. The view of São Paulo is stunning. Friendly neighbors. I love the location. It is a nice area, close to major highway, "Marginal Pinheiros", that runs through the city of São Paulo. Near Paulista Avenue, and Vila Madalena neighborhood. It provides access to many important highways of São Paulo's state. Doorman/Security: 24/7 - Guest access The whole apartment and building. My closet is locked thou. Meeting Room, Clubhouse and Barbecue has a maintenance fee to be used. You must talk to my personal assistent, Solange and see if it is available to make a reservation. Other things to note Some special neighbors in he building…fun, easy to get along with, and Some of them speak english, french, spanish, and Italian. Near Hospital São Camilo, Vet Clinic.
