Amazing apartment for ski lovers. Through the garden of the property you can walk to the parking lot of the Masella station, so the location is perfect for lovers of this sport. In the other resorts, enjoy beautiful walks or adventure sports, and take the opportunity to explore everything Cerdanya has to offer. We have renovated the apartment with great affection, so the two bathrooms, kitchen and electrical installation are new. The space Upon entering, we find an entrance with two shoe racks, one in cabinet mode and the other bench type. There is a room with a washer + dryer, as well as hangers at different heights to hang coats or backpacks. We go down one floor and enter a spacious and bright living room where the large windows on two walls stand out, a comfortable sofa and wing chair set and a kitchen completely renovated in 2023 that is integrated into the room. Although we have central heating and portable electric heaters, we have installed a pellet stove to give it a more alpine touch, while being sustainable. We go down one more floor and find the sleeping area, with two bedrooms (the main one with a 135x190 bed and the secondary one with a double bunk bed and a pull-out bed under it). All furniture is new. Both the double bed and the bunk beds have Emma mattresses purchased in 2023. On the same floor there are two bathrooms with a two-mode shower (normal shower and rain effect upper pear), which have also been completely renovated. Guest access The apartment has shared access to the storage room, where you can leave your skis and boots overnight. The community has a nice and spacious fenced garden where children can run and play. Remember that the parking lot of the Masella station can be accessed through the garden, so you can leave the car at home and walk to the station.
