Welcome to our 4BR Arvada home, ideal for families and pets! This is our part time residence, and we are excited to share it with you when we are out of town. Delight in a fully-equipped kitchen, two cozy living rooms, and TVs in each space. Our pet-friendly amenities include a doggy door to a spacious backyard. Unwind on the sunny back deck or engage in friendly competition with our ping pong table. Conveniently located, this home is a fantastic base to explore Colorado’s local attractions. The space As you step inside, you're greeted by a warm and inviting living area, adorned with plush seating, perfect for social gatherings or tranquil relaxation. The heart of our home is the kitchen, equipped with essential spices, pots, and pans, making it ideal for comfortably cooking family meals. This area flows seamlessly into the cozy main level living space, creating an inviting atmosphere for leisure and conversation. Each of the four bedrooms is a haven of comfort, featuring plush bedding -(and tasteful decor). Whether you're seeking a peaceful night's sleep or a quiet nook for some downtime, these rooms offer the perfect escape. Step outside to the welcoming space of our fenced-in turfed backyard, a practical and pet-friendly area perfect for your furry friends. We have a raised deck, accessible through sliding doors that blend indoor comfort with outdoor enjoyment. Here, you can indulge in alfresco dining or simply soak up the Colorado sun. A convenient grill on the deck enhances your outdoor cooking experience. Plus, the primary door leading outside includes a dog door, making it easy for your pets to come and go as they please. For indoor fun, head down to our basement where a ping pong table awaits, offering lively entertainment for guests of all ages. From the cozy bedrooms to the lively communal areas, every corner of our home is designed to ensure a memorable and comfortable stay in Arvada. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house and its amenities, ensuring a stay filled with comfort and convenience. Please note that the only exception is the detached garage, which is not available for guest use. Everywhere else within our home is yours to explore and enjoy during your stay.
