Guests have exclusive access to the private lower level. The upstairs is rented long term with separate entrance. The home also includes high-speed internet, year-round central air and heating, on-site laundry and garage parking. West Allis is situated about 6 miles from everything Milwaukee has to offer. The space The lower unit has two bedrooms, one furnished with a queen size bed, the other with a Combo Full Size/Twin Size bunk bed. There is a full bathroom on the main floor. The kitchen includes a large appliances (Refrigerator, Range, Microwave and Dishwasher), small appliances (Coffee pot & Toaster), crockery , silverware and glassware. Guest access The lower unit has access to the basement laundry facilities as well as one enclosed garage parking space off the alley. Other things to note The home includes one parking space in the garage. Access to the garage is from the alley. Most SUV’s and Trucks will not fit in this small garage.
