The apartment is located away from thoroughfares and is extremely quiet and sunny. Long-term rentals from 28 days to a maximum of 6 months are possible with their own long-term rate. No pets, minimum stay 3 nights. The space The apartment offers you: - Bedroom with comfortable box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) - Children's room with bunk bed (2 beds) where adults could of course also sleep. Direct access to the garden from the children's room. - Living room - kitchen with 55-inch satellite TV and a sofa bed for 1 person. - Another bedroom with a 90 x 200 cm bed for one person. - Toilet with hand basin. - Bathroom with shower and bathtub. - Linens and towels for each guest. - Terrace about 20 m² with sheltered garden. - Charging station 11 kW for electric cars, please request fee, currently €0.40 per kWh. Very good public transport, bus stop in 5 minutes walk. In 25 minutes, you are in the center of Innsbruck. You can even walk to Karwendel Nature Park! Guest access A very spacious parking space is right outside your front door. The terrace and the garden are exclusively available to you. Other things to note During the main travel season over Christmas / New Year's Eve and Easter, a minimum stay of 5 nights applies. Please note that it is not allowed to bring guests into the apartment. We may point out that a city tax of - €2.60 - must be paid per day for all people from the age of 16 years. Except for guests who are here to work ( confirmation from the company is necessary).
