Children should be supervised at all times and the home may not be best suited for people with mobility restrictions. Guest access Access to entire house Other things to note As with many beach communities, our property is located in a tight knit neighborhood, as homes are close together, despite the fact that our property sits back and has a private yard. We do NOT allow parties and ask that all guests honor the noted Quiet Hours (9pm - 7am) out of respect for the neighbors. We are a SMOKE-FREE property and don't permit smoking in the house or outside on the property. We have a minimum age of 25 for people renting (kids excluded if with parents or guardians). We may also ask that all guests provide photo identification prior to arrival. Ride share services (Uber and Lyft) are plentiful in Middletown and a great option to get to and from Newport, if you want to avoid driving and parking. Our location gives you the best of both worlds - a private relaxing oasis and a short walk to beaches and many restaurants or a quick drive or Uber/Lyft to Newport.
