Description
Our spacious studio suite offers a comfortable stay in the heart of Sea to Sky - just 35 minutes from Whistler Creekside and close to all Squamish has to offer. The space offers a king-size bed, pull-out double sofa bed, and kitchenette (microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric kettle). A washer/dryer is in the suite, and secure ski/bike storage is available in the mudroom and garage. There is plenty of privacy with a separate entrance and windows facing the rear and side yard. The space Our home is located on a large tranquil lot. Our studio guest suite is accessed via a separate entrance through the rear courtyard of the house. The west-facing suite overlooks the backyard and to the mountains beyond. Note the living room/bedroom are combined, even though the Photo Tour separates them into 'rooms'. This is a studio suite with one king bed and a double sofa bed within the same room. The suite is best suited for a family of four, or up to three adults. Additional person fee will be added for extra adults beyond two people (no extra charge for kids 17 and under). A TV in the suite provides access to Netflix. A kitchenette offers a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. Dishes, cutlery, utensils, mugs, glasses, corkscrew are all provided, along with coffee, tea, salt, pepper. There is parking in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. Our family of 4 and friendly Aussiedoodle live in the main part of the home so there may be some noise transfer at times. We will do our best to ensure you have a peaceful stay, however! There are forest and riverside trails in close proximity to our home. View eagles as you walk down by the Squamish River just 5 minutes walk from our place (primarily December/January) or explore the labyrinth of easy trails on foot or by bike in the Brackendale Walking Park and the Ray Peters Trail Network. A coffee shop, general store and neighbourhood eateries/pub are within walking distance. Guest access Guests access the suite through a private entrance in the rear courtyard of the home. The rear courtyard and suite are accessed by walking down the driveway on the left side of the garage, and through the gate.
