The Victory Vein Room

The room is named after the once in a lifetime horse Victory Vein who was born and raised on the farm, If you like the rural aspect of life but also love the beach, your in luck we have both!! The Farm is located in Meringo 10min south of Moruya, and boasts over a km of beach frontage, and 300ac of farmland, we are a working thoroughbred stud so depending on the time of year you may be able to experience the joy of new born foals. The space we are a working thoroughbred horse stud, and also train racehorses from the property, Different times of the year you may be able to witness one of the mares giving birth and seeing a brand new foal take its first steps. Guest access during your stay you have full use of your studio apartment, the BBQ area is a shared space with the other room on site, (it is large enough to accommodate both of rooms using at same time if needed) Other things to note We are a working farm so you may see farming activities during your stay, you are welcome to wander around the farm but please be mindful not to enter any paddock or areas where there are farm animals.
