At the end of a 600-meter private road, in the middle of the forest and meadows, come and enjoy moments of relaxation in our pretty charterhouse and its heated pool. We are located only 12 km from Bergerac, and 25 km from Perigueux, in Périgord Pourpre. A 7Kw fast charging station for electric vehicles is available (additional charge per Kw). The space This cottage has a living room with kitchen of about 22 m2, a bedroom of 10 m2, a walk-in shower room with toilet. The kitchen is equipped with: electric stove, small refrigerator, hood, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and the necessary equipment to prepare and serve meals. A "kitchen base" is also provided (pasta, rice, salt, pepper, oil...), which you are asked to "replenish" at the end of your stay. Charcoal barbecue for sunny days. The bedroom is equipped with very comfortable bedding (bed 160 x 200), with pillows and duvet in feathers (possibility of synthetic for allergic people), sheets and cotton towels. A sofa bed of 140 x 200 can accommodate 2 additional people in the living room. View of the pool and garden. WiFi, connected TV. Screening California blinds. Heating and air conditioning. Guest access Guests have access to the garden, patio and large heated pool lined with sun loungers. This pool is shared with the guest rooms. The pool is open from May to October 15, depending on the weather. With a size of 10 meters x 6.5 meters (depth of 150 cm), it allows you to be accommodated comfortably for moments of relaxation or exercise. A snack can be served (price on request) in the garden furniture or on the sun loungers. Other things to note La Coline's house has A/C and heating. We do not accept children under the age of 10. It is only rented for at least 3 nights in high season, and 2 nights during the rest of the year. Pets are only allowed in the “Coline's House” cottage. For hygiene reasons and to ensure the peace and quiet of other guests, pets are not allowed around the pool.
