At the end of a private path of 600 meters, in the middle of the forest and meadows, come and enjoy moments of relaxation in our pretty chartreuse and its heated pool. We are located only 12 Kms from Bergerac, and 25 Kms from Perigueux, in Périgord Pourpre. A 7Kw EV fast charger is available for you to use (extra Kw rate). The space This cottage has a living room with kitchen of about 22 m2, a bedroom of 10 m2, an Italian shower room with toilet. The kitchen is equipped with: electric stove, small fridge, range hood, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and the necessary equipment to prepare and serve meals. A "kitchen floor" is also provided (pasta, rice, salt, pepper, oil...), which is requested to "restock" at the end of the stay. Charcoal charcoal barbeque for the beautiful days. The bedroom is equipped with very comfortable bedding (160 x 200 bed), with feather pillows and duvet (possibility of synthetic for people with allergies), linens and cotton towels. Guest access Guests have access to the garden, terrace and large heated pool lined with sunbathing. This pool is shared with the guest rooms. The pool is open from May to October 15, depending on the weather. With a size of 10 meters x 6.5 meters (150 cm depth), it allows you to welcome you comfortably for moments of relaxation or exercise. A snack can be served (price on request) at the garden furniture or on the sunset baths. Other things to note La Coline's house has A/C and heating. We don't accept children under the age of 10. It is only rented for at least 3 nights in high season, and 2 nights during the rest of the year.
