Cozy Duplex North Unit

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This property is located one block from downtown, which has a bowling alley, coffee shop, and restaurants /bars. There are two parks in town for children, a afforable swimming pool in the summer, and a local lake for fishing, kayaking, or taking a stroll around. Chappell also has a nice 9 hole golf course. The space *** NO ANIMALS please! We have a child with severe allergies who has been in the ER more than once to get epi after albuterol wouldn't work for an asthma attack due to animal related allergies. We are in a rural area and the nearest hospital is 15 minutes away at best. Nothing is scarier than watching your child gasp for air. There are plenty of lodging options that have no problem allowing animals; service or pet. This unit is larger than the south unit in every way except the bedroom; the bedroom is smaller in size. The one bedroom has a queen bed and a tv. There are two twin beds in the main living space, no pull out couch. The main living area has a large mounted tv, an electric fireplace, 2 stools that double as footrests or a small table, and couch. There are shoe trays for boots and several fold down hooks for outer wear. The kitchen is a galley style with a stove, fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, air fryer, Kerig, and regular size coffee pot, and the necessary dishes to cook/eat with. No dishwasher, just a dish rack. There is a table in the kitchen to eat at with two chairs and 4 more stools available for seating. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with an adjustable shower head. We do stock toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Parking for this unit is either in the front of the house on the side of the wide street or in the "yard" area to the north (cement will be poured for parking in the spring/ summet 2024). There is a shared laundry room (lock on each side for privacy), which we provide allergy friendly laundry soap. at no extra charge. NO ANIMALS, we have a child with severe allergies and really don't enjoy ER visits when he can't breath. Guest access All exterior doors have a keyless entry. We will text a code to use to enter the day of your reservation around 1pm. We change the code between each guest. The utility room with the washer and dryer have a lock inside each unit.
