Brown's Cozy Condo at 7 Springs Mountain Resort

Welcome to Brown's Cozy Condo, a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo, with a loft that provides additional sleeping space. This condo has recently been updated with new flooring, fixtures, paint, and decor. With an abundance of outdoor activities like golfing, skiing & snowboarding, swimming, hiking, and biking (just to name a few); plus festivals, state parks, sightseeing, spas, & restaurants and bars, there is entertainment for everyone in the Laurel Highlands. The space Brown's Cozy Condo is an entry level condo, so guests will only need to step up one step into the entryway of the building. From there, guests can walk into the main living area of the condo. Guests will be greeted by an open concept floor plan. The living room is spacious and features new flooring, new furniture, an electric fireplace encased in stone, and a large Smart TV with cable. The living area provides access to the outdoor deck. The kitchen and dining area are located to the left of the living area. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials that guests will need for cooking meals. The dining table comfortable seats 6-8 people. The kitchen/dining space is also equipped with a washer/dryer. The main level of the condo features a bedroom with a queen size bed and tv, as well as a full bathroom with a large vanity, toilet, and shower/tub combo Upstairs guests will find a spacious loft that provides additional sleeping space. There are two pull-out sofa's: one is a queen size and the second is a full-size. Linens, blankets, and pillows are provided. The loft has it's own large Smart TV. Two bedrooms are located on the upper level of the condo. The first bedroom has one set of bunk beds that feature two full-size beds. This bedroom also has a private attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, air conditioning, a Smart TV, and a private attached full bathroom. Guest access Guests may enjoy the entire condo to themselves. The condo is part of a Homeowner's Association so some amenities are shared with other community members such as the outdoor swimming pool and sports courts. Guests may use the swimming pool and sports courts at their leisure and at no additional cost. The outdoor swimming pool is open seasonally (Memorial Day Weekend through the second weekend after Labor Day Weekend). The hours of operation are 7 days/week, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Guests also have free access to the resort shuttle. During the winter season, the shuttle runs on a continuous route and stops at all of the designated bus stops in Swiss Mountain. The Winter hours of operation are as follows: Fridays: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 2:00 AM Sundays: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM During the Summer, the shuttle bus service operates on an "on-call" basis. Guests can call the resort's main phone number and ask the operator for the shuttle service.
