You will love the spaciousness of this townhome, its proximity to the beach, the sounds of the ocean and seagulls at the balconies and the easy and quick drive to all major attractions! There is a fully stocked grocery store and West End Nate's Restaurant located next door to our community. Approximately 25 minutes takes you to the main city attractions! Three full bathrooms and an outside hot/cold shower area to wash off the beach sand. This home is a favorite of many returning guests! The space We have a storage area where you can lock up your fishing rods, bikes, etc. We usually have many toys and beach items left by our returning guests for your use. We also have a medium size BBQ grill for your family use. A fully stocked grocery store is located within a 2 minute walk to pick up steaks or seafood for grilling or to pick up ice cream or hot chocolate you forgot to buy. Guest access The entire home is available. You have access to the full size washer and dryer which comes in handy! Other things to note -Parking for 4 medium size cars only, no off street car parking allowed -Must be able to climb stairs -Our neighborhood is a small community and cars are only allowed to be parked at designated homes which makes for an almost private beach. No charge for parking. -No large gatherings beyond the 8 guests, no loud music that will disturb the quiet beach atmosphere and my neighbors right to a peaceful setting Registration Details GVR-01052
