Tons of amenities and stylish design choices, made with guests comfort in mind, make this the perfect HOME away from HOME! **NOTE: this is a bungalow with a separate basement apartment below. There will often be other guests at the property! Fully stocked kitchen allows for ease when cooking from home. Featuring updated tile surfaces and full size stainless appliances including refrigerator, stove & oven, microwave, & coffee maker. Plenty of spices, Utensils and cookware make eating in simple and efficient. Complete with a dining table with seating for (4) and a bar with (4) bar stools. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer, Iron & ironing board complete the necessities! Washer & Dryer for guests use in a separate common area, that is shared with the basement apartment. Private covered outdoor space with cozy gas fire pit for a cool night on the patio with comfortable seating. There is also a BBQ grill, grilling utensils and plastic cups/dishes, table with seating for outdoor dining, and plenty of space to relax. There is also a nice sitting area on front porch and plenty of yard that is SHARED with the basement apartment. Each space has it's own private outdoor space so that guests can enjoy as they please. Guest access Guests have access to the entire private home, SHARED laundry facilities, private covered outdoor patio & some SHARED yard. Other things to note ~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict. ~ The booking account holder must be 25 years or older and present for the stay. ~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm. ~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal. ~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights. ~ Up to (1) pre-approved well-behaved Dog allowed for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet. Please notify us if you are bringing your pet AND be sure to read and understand our Pet Policy. PET POLICY We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home! We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, as per my listing details. Please also be aware of our pet policy: -Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee. -Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately. -Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens.
