Guest access You will have access to the downstairs portion of cabin only. The upstairs will be locked as well as the garage and owners closet. you will not have access to the locked spaces. The two driveways, side yard, and backyard are all yours to enjoy. The house sits on 1.75 acres. This is a two-story house. There is parking upstairs and downstairs and separate entrances. You will use the downstairs porch entrance to access this space. The bottom level has a laundry room, office, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and screened-in porch. Plenty of room in this house to spread out and still be together. There is a picturesque lake, picnic area, and waterfall in the neighborhood that you will have access to as well. Other things to note Downtown Franklin is about 10 minutes from the house. Franklin offers a unique charming small mountain town feel with plenty of options for dinning, shopping, museums, breweries, activities, events, and much more. Franklin is considered the "Gem Capital of the World", where you can mine for precious stones, explore the natural beatuy of the Nantahala Forest, check out the Little Tennessee River, or enjoy one of the many festivlas put on by the town. Dillsboro is about 15 minutes from the house. Enjoy the quaint shops, galleris, and restaurants. You can join a white water rafting trip on the Tuckasegee River, whick offers fun for the whole family! Cherokee is just a short drive away.
