The space A beautiful newly built bungalow in a fully fenced and gated property with several parking spaces within the gated compound, extremely suitable for small celebrations like birthdays, engagements, weddings etc. There are two bathrooms (washrooms/restrooms) one of which is a half bath. The bungalow(s) consist(s) of an ensuite, fully air conditioned double bed room with closets. The second room is equipped with a sofa bed, a tv, a sitting and an eating area. Further down is a fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities, iron and ironing table, kitchen cabinets, gas and electric oven stove, fridge freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, crockeries and cutleries etc. The 2nd bathroom (half bath) is by the staircase which leads to the rooftop viewing galleries. The front porch opens directly on to the sea and may be used for sunbathing as well. The whole property is secured by four concrete walls and a large gate to permit the entry of large vehicles. We can arrange for tarpaulins and catering etc at a reasonable additional cost to make your celebrations if any, a big success. We can also arrange for Catamaran tours to the waterfall and the cerf islands (ile aux cerfs) and for airport pickups, other excursions, without forgetting fishing trips. Aero gliding facilities are just 10 to 15 yards away. Road trips can also be organized! We look forward to making your stay or celebrations a very memorable ones! Guest access The whole fully enclosed and gated property is for the private use of guests and visitors to enjoy! Other things to note GRSE is a quiet village. Guests are encouraged to avail themselves of the cooking facilities available.The gated property keeps your vehicle secure. Please bring your groceries with you!
