Old country house in the Ouche Valley in the heart of a pretty little village just 30 minutes from the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, DIJON. Nearby bakery, butcher, nursing home, pharmacy, semi-gourmet restaurant, grocery store, wine cellar, hairdresser… Easy access to A38 highway The space This beautiful cottage has a fully fenced garden with a furnished terrace and views of the valley. On the ground floor, you will find a large living/dining room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. as well as a wood-burning stove. TV and darts. Bathroom with toilet, shower, and changing table. Upstairs: -CHAMBRE 1: a master suite composed of 2 beds, open to its bathroom (shower and bathtub). - BEDROOM 2: a second bedroom that sleeps 3. - “BEDROOM 3”: open, non-enclosed room that also sleeps 3. - A second toilet. This cottage is ideally equipped for 8 people but can possibly accommodate an additional 2 people thanks to an extra bed (sofa bed) in the living room. We can also provide a travel cot. Upon your arrival, linens and bath towels are provided. Consumables such as coffee, tea, oil, salt, and pepper are provided free of charge at the start of your stay. The garden is conducive to relaxation with deckchairs and garden furniture. A barbecue is available, as well as children’s games (MOLKY, tractor, etc.), a basketball hoop, and a ping-pong table. Option to park 3 vehicles in the shelter. For the more athletic among you, we offer trail running excursions to explore the valley (to be arranged before your arrival, from 5 to 30 km!!!). Bikes are available as well as a trailer to transport 2 young children.
