Charming cabin steps from the Rio Tercero Reservoir. The sunset on the lake seen from our front garden is a luxury we wanted to share. The cabin is located within a family club, next to other rustic neighborhood-style cabins. The property is located in front of the Río Tercero Reservoir, perfect for enjoying the tranquility of the mountains. The place is very quiet, and for your peace of mind there is a camera that only films the entrance. The space The cabin is 29 square meters covered and 15 square meters of gallery. It has three rooms. a glassed dining kitchen, a central bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and another smaller bedroom with two single beds. It is entered by a covered gallery that has a grill and view of the lake. There is a climb with a car floor, and in case of needing a covered garage, there is a climb to the entrance gallery to use it for that purpose. The bedrooms and bathroom are built of colored quebracho wood, which gives it warmth and good thermal insulation for both heat and cold. It has windows in every environment with mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, kitchen with oven, microwave, electric heater and cooking utensils. There is a 32"flat screen TV in the kitchen that features Directv. It has two heaters, one in the dining room and another in the main room that work with bottled gas. There is a double cylinder system to ensure you don't run out of gas. The internet is accessed via a cellular modem. Speed is usually slow. In Villa Rumipal there are no better internet services, it is the best we have achieved. It works well for normal use and online work that does not require high internet speed. In the complex there is access to the lake with grills and tables, and possibility of bathing on the lake with floor platform. The lake reaches the floor in the summer season with the rains. if there is no rain it may not be possible to bathe in the club but a 10-minute walk there are spas. It is possible to lower boats at times where the lake is with a lot of water. The place is very quiet, and for your peace of mind there is a camera at the entrance that only films the entrance to the cabin. Guest access The entire place is for guests' use.
