Renovated country house, a 15-minute walk from the village. Great for families, nature lovers and cyclists. Located in a rural setting, where the presence of insects and small country animals (birds, small rodents or reptiles...) is common. The pool is outdoors and surrounded by vegetation, so it is possible that, as part of routine maintenance, leaves or small insects may fall into it. This is part of the experience of staying in an authentic country house. The space The house is distributed in 3 double bedrooms. 4 full bathrooms in total (2 en suite, 1 courtesy and 1 outdoor in the pool area). Fully equipped kitchen and laundry (washer and dryer). Living-dining room. And a loft in the living room with two beds that can be accessed by an interior spiral staircase. Being located in rural area, it is common to have insects and field animals, especially outside or indoors if doors and windows are left open. Something inherent in this type of accommodation. The pool (measures approx 3x8m), being outside and in rural surroundings, can present leaves and insects in the water. It is cleaned on the day of check-in, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and has a network for daily cleaning by guests. Guest access You will have access to the house, parking, and outdoor area. Areas without access will be properly marked and closed. Other things to note Our staff will access the outdoor area to perform maintenance tasks (in the pool and in the outdoor area) and to care for the animals (chickens and horses). A passport or similar document will be requested at check-in.
