High standard, central location

I've travelled a lot in work and leisure. My goal for this apartment is to provide what I wanted myself while travelling and give my guests the best stay possible. The apartment will contain everything you need either if you are on work or vacation. If you miss something, tell me, and I'll provide it right away. Since I live in the apartment when it's not rented, when you book I will need time to get the apartment ready, so if you're booking in very short notice, you might need to wait a bit. The space Large and free parking lot. Living room with sofa, armchair and TV with Chromecast. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer and other equipment. Bathroom with washing machine, dryer and shower. Master bedroom with king size bed. Children's bedroom with sofa bed and loft. 42" TV with chromecast in the bedrooms, 77" smart TV in the living room. Sonos speakers in all rooms. Terrace with small jacuzzi, barbecue and sunbeds. Small self-service shop with toiletries, food and drinks (no guarantee of stock, it varies). Shower: 30 mins shower 4 hrs warm up Beds: 70x130 cm - sofa 70x170 cm - sofa 90x200 cm - loft bed 100x200 cm - sofa bed 150x200 cm - main bed 150x200 cm - air mattress Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment except cabinets and shelves marked as private. Other things to note It's possible to rent a boat with or without a driver for up to 6 guests through a partner. Summer season: 1 May to 1 October. Winter season: 1 October to 1 May. Only available in the summer season: * Garden furniture. * Electric scooter. * Bicycle. Only available in winter season: * Heated jacuzzi (40°C) for four people. * Wood burning. If it is present in the apartment and the conditions warrant it, it can also be used out of season at your own risk, this applies especially around the change of season. I ask that you take care when using bicycles on ice, and that if you use garden furniture in a storm, that you pack it up again immediately after use.
