Visit Moncontour, a small town of character 20 minutes away. Ideally located also for nature walks (Mont Bel-Air, Penguily Forest, etc.), mountain biking and hiking. The house has a large park inhabited by 2 goats (Bernard and Bianca) and a cat (Nougat). The space Bedroom with double bed. Bedside tables on each side, closet and wardrobe. Kitchenette with microwave, kettle, dishes, table and 2 stools. Living area with 2 armchairs and a coffee table. Window with electric shutters + 1 skylight with blind. Private hallway to access the bathroom and private toilets. 6 m² south-facing private balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Deckchairs are available on the ground floor. Private access via the balcony staircase. Guest access Upstairs bedroom in a wing of the house accessible from the outside via the balcony staircase (private access).
