Come enjoy your stay with family and friends at our recently renovated Red Pine condo in the beautiful Canyons Village close to the slopes, entertainment, dining, and shopping. Only a short drive to Park City Main Street and Deer Valley. The space The 2nd floor 1,080 square foot condo is surrounded by mature trees and beautiful landscaping and features vaulted ceilings and natural light. Enjoy views of the red pine gondola and orange bubble lift from the upstairs bedroom. Fully renovated in 2023, the condo features an all new kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, carpet, paint and much more! In 2025 we installed new windows and AC split units to keep the condo cool in summer and warm in winter. The well stocked kitchen features table seating for 8, all new appliances, and an adjacent washer/dryer Living room features new 65 inch smart TV with cable and opens up to a patio with outdoor seating and BBQ Master bedroom (w/ queen bed) has new 55 inch smart TV with cable and opens to master bath (also a bath entrance from kitchen) Upstairs has one fully enclosed bedroom (w/ 2 queen beds) and one loft bedroom (w/ day bed + trundle). The loft bedroom is accessed through the upstairs bedroom and features new 50 inch smart TV with cable and is the perfect hang out place for children Wall mounted clips to store your ski and snowboard gear in closet next to front door Condo includes many board games for extra fun and is a short walk to the Red Pine clubhouse for relaxing in the hot tub after a day on the slopes or a long hike Super fast Gigabit WiFi with desk and computer monitor in the loft LLP Summit Country nightly rental license #1636185 Guest access Guests have access to the full condo (minus 2 small locked owners closets) plus all of Red Pine Amenities: Red Pine Clubhouse is only a 2 minute walk away -2 pools (lower pool only heated and open in winter) -2 hot tubs (one indoor and one outdoor) -Dry Sauna -Laundry facilities -Pickleball -Tennis -Sand Volleyball -Picnic Area Pools, hot tubs, and sauna are open: Summer: (Memorial Day to Labor Day): 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Winter: (Friday after Thanksgiving to 2nd weekend of April): 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Pools, hot tubs, and sauna are CLOSED the second weekend in April until Memorial Day and from the day after Labor Day to Thanksgiving for repairs and maintenance. Other things to note Other things to note -NO PETS. We love pets, however, the HOA does not permit any pets on the property except for service animals. Red Pine is a NO SMOKING Complex. Please be courteous of quiet hours 10PM - 7AM. No Parties.
