Just 400 meters from Nisportino beach, it is in a quiet and hilly position, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub. Perfect for those seeking privacy, nature and relaxation, it offers a unique atmosphere to enjoy the sea and the landscapes of the Island of Elba. The space The 48 sqm property, free on three sides, consists of an entrance from the porch to the living room with open kitchen, sofa bed and air conditioning; hallway with built-in closet; double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The property's added value is the outdoor space (160 sqm sea/sunset view), completely fenced and therefore safe even for children and animals. Outdoor space complete with barbecue, washing machine, deck chairs and sun loungers, outdoor shower, wooden and wrought iron dining table/chairs inside the porch. Bed linens or towels are not provided (as shown in the photo), each guest must bring everything independently. Guest access 13 sqm private parking lot from which you can access the house Other things to note HOME The greatest impact of the house is the terrace overlooking the sea/sunset and the Island of Capraia, complete with barbecue, deck chairs and sun loungers, outdoor shower, dining table/chairs in wood and wrought iron inside the porch. There is air conditioning, a fan, WiFi, and satellite TV. Privacy is assured. Bed linen or towels are not provided (as shown in the photo), each guest must bring everything independently. AREA We are located on the north-eastern coast of Elba Island. It is a place that has kept its natural environment and wild beauty intact, ideal for those looking for a quiet vacation, away from the hustle and bustle. Even on the hottest days, the house is cool and ventilated, with fresh air coming down from the nearby forest towards the sea. We are in the middle of the typical Mediterranean scrub of oaks, strawberry trees, rosemary and laurel that create an unforgettable environment for nature lovers. THE BEACH The beach, also suitable for children, is 400 meters away and is mixed sand and pebbles and on the sides by rocks. It has free parking, canoe rental, pedal boats, umbrellas and sunbeds (moderate prices). Directly on the beach is the excellent bar/restaurant/pizzeria La Battigia Nisportino, specializing in seafood dishes and romantic sunset aperitifs. ACTIVITY Snorkelers will appreciate the transparency of the sea, especially on sirocco days. Those who want to hike in the countryside, hills or on steep cliffs overlooking the sea have found the ideal environment to discover some uninhabited sandy coves. Visit the old wash houses in Rio nell'Elba and the hermitage of Santa Caterina. In Rio Marina, the Mines and the Museum are also interesting. Walking for lovers and non-trekkers, from Nisportino to the Mangani beach and back through the beech woods from Rio nell'Elba old mining settlement. ARRIVALS Arrivals and departures other than Sunday to Sunday can be arranged, depending on the period. We recommend the Toremar ferry arrival with destination Rio Marina.
