There are many homes in Vieques with ocean views, but very few directly on the beach. Casa Blue Moon is one of these gems. 180 degree ocean view from large balcony, sits directly over public, but quiet beach. 10-15 minute walk to town of Isabel, with ferry, bars, restaurants, & groceries. Beautiful neighborhood of Bravos de Boston, perfect for morning or evening walks, where you'll be greeted by wild horses. The space Charming beach house with a cottage feel. Features three bedrooms, two full baths (one attached to master bedroom), with house sleeping a total of 8 people. Refreshing wading pool couldn't be any closer to the sea. Perfect for cooling off after a long day at the beach, and great for the little ones. Guest access House sits directly on a small quiet public beach, great for sun bathing, swimming, and snorkeling. Other things to note *BUGS IN THE CARIBBEAN: When visiting the caribbean you will likely encounter bugs of all types. A couple of the most common are mosquitos and noseeums. Noseeums are very very tiny (hence the name) flying bugs that bite, often called sand flies, but are in fact not the same. They are found in all parts of the island, but are most common near beaches, and during times of rain and lack of wind. They can fly into properties located on the beach, or can be brought in with items used on the beach. If visiting the islands beaches in the late afternoon you will want to bring bug spray along. TIPS TO HELP PREVENT BUGS IN YOUR ROOM: 1. After the beach, always hang beach towels/gear on outdoor balconies. 2. After the beach, always shower before laying in bed, sitting on furniture. 3.
