A short subway 25min ride to midtown & Times Square. 2 min walk to Northern Blvd Station of the R line. Your host: foodie, theatre lover, nerd of NYC history & happy to help w/ suggestions & directions. Full disclosure: - Your stay includes minor interactions w/ a cat. She'll mostly ignore you, as she does her mom. - I live here w/ my partner, Melanie. This is a shared space. The space It's a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. - Lots of natural light in all the spaces - A balcony with chairs and a little table for you to have your morning coffee - Wake up to birds chirping, literally (in summers). It's a calm quiet spot, perfect after a day in the busyness of the city. - The bedroom has a ceiling fan, AC and a luggage rack. Plenty of outlets for charging devices and a TV with a Roku. Guest access Kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom, balcony During your stay I am happy to help with directions or suggestions, and am always curious about how guests are finding their trip. But I will ultimately follow your lead. If you'd rather keep to yourself, I'll leave you to it.
