Nestled between the villages Agios Nikolaos and Petriti, in the south east, you are in the perfect spot for walks, rest, as well as easy access to local beaches, tavernas and coffee/cocktail bars. This smartly designed open plan penthouse, provides everything you will need to either take time out to relax or work from home. The space Mearbecks Penthouse provides a modern full kitchen with dining table facilities and a beautiful sleeping area with private wet room. The main attraction for this space is the private secluded outside area. A huge space that comfortably offers you, to either sunbath, dine or do your early morning wake up routine in total privacy. All this with a backdrop of the west coast and the traditional village of Chlomos in the distance. Stunning Views. Guest access The Penthouse and its large private secluded terrace is solely for our guests. Other things to note The Penthouse is situated above our main Villa and is reached by private staircase from the beautiful house gardens. Mearbeck House Penthouse is secluded and extremely private with nothing over looking this beautiful Property. The views up to the mountain villages and the West Coast are amazing! Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £180.00 kindly prior to check in which is returned the day after check-out when the Property has been fully checked. Air Conditioning is charged €10 per day. Guests will pay €8per night Greek Climate Resilience fee to the host along with the AC fee via bank transfer prior to check in.
