We partner with the best cleaners in our area and pay more than the average rate to guarantee a clean and safe place for our guests. Guest access Guest can access the main house and lake. The two auxiliary buildings and garage are used to house our equipment and are used only by our property managers and maintenance teams. We will always try our best to inform our guests of any grounds visitors. Other things to note As you can imagine, with 35+ Acres, we are constantly 'working' and maintaining our property. Don't be alarmed if you have a lawn maintenance crew coming to mow, or grounds crew coming to prepare the grounds for upcoming seasons. Pet Policy We love welcoming well-behaved pets! To help keep our home enjoyable for everyone, please follow these simple rules: * Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved. * Please keep pets off all furniture and beds. * Do not leave pets unattended in the home unless they are comfortably crated. * If your pet swims in the lake, please rinse and dry them thoroughly before they come inside to help keep sand, mud, and odors out of the house. * Please clean up after your pet, both indoors and outdoors. * Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by their pets.
