Vila Nina, Ocean Suite, new and cozy.

Vila Nina is a lodging built and planned by my family. It is a simple, beautiful house, decorated with great affection. A quiet, airy place and a balcony overlooking a wonderful sunset! The space On the 1st floor, there is the Ocean suite with a single bed and a double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar, hot shower, Wi-Fi. We do not serve breakfast, but we have a shared pantry with a microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker and kitchen utensils to make a snack. A super ventilated balcony with a wonderful sunset!!Trees and plants decorating the garden. I live on the ground floor. I have 3 adopted pets: Romeo and Juliet (kittens) and Cacau (dog) who circulate around my house and do not frequent the 1st floor. Guest access Guest access is via the stairs, exclusive entrance. There is also a pantry, a balcony, a backyard, and a laundry room. Parking is inside the lot. I don't serve breakfast. But we have a pantry equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, and kitchen utensils for you to make your snack.
