Sauna with shower and changing room. 7-minute walk to the train station that quickly and easily takes you to Malmö, Hyllie, Lund and Copenhagen, among other places. Train Åkarp-Malmö station takes 9 minutes. Close to Lomma with a lovely sandy beach. The nice Alnarpsparken is also close. There is access to several bicycles. Possibility to charge electric car. The space Upstairs there are 2 larger bedrooms with double beds, one 180 cm wide and one 150 cm wide, there is also a smaller room with a 90 cm bed. A toilet with shower. Several closets. On the same floor there is also space to sit at a desk and work. A large cross trainer if you want to train indoors is also at your disposal. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a 140 cm wide double bed. Fully equipped kitchen with seating area. Living room with large table, large sofa and exit to the garden. A toilet, laundry room and a bathroom. There are outdoor toys and games, balls, goals, swings and hammocks. A couple of different bicycles are also available to borrow. In the conservatory there is a sauna and shower. The pool is closed in the winter but can be opened as soon as it is frost-free and heated in the spring. For shade, there is a large pergola with a large table and barbecue facilities. There is also a sofa and a movie screen if you want to watch movies outside.
