Hike, bike, ATV and snowmobile right from the front door. *Hot tub details below. The space The open and spacious floorplan stretches from the front to the back, extending onto both porches. Whether your are cooking in the kitchen or lounging on the couch, you will still feel like you're a part of the action. The master suite includes an adjustable-base queen size bed and a spacious on suite with double sinks and shower heads. The second bedroom, on the main floor, features a second queen size bed. The second bathroom has a roomy walk in shower and complimentary toiletries including extra toothbrushes, toothpaste and razors. To provide additional space, we have recently remodeled the basement which now includes a bunk room with beds for four, an additional bathroom, and an entertainment space with a tv, couches and a pool table. When you’re not on the lake or trails, outdoor activities are provided in the way of corn hole, basketball, disc golf, football and beer pong putting. There is no better way to end the day than relaxing by a nightly fire. We have the fire pit, you bring the wood. Guest access You will have complete access to the entire home. Please inquire about a reduced rate if you do not need access to the basement entertainment space. There is a hot tub on the premises. It is available for guest use for an upcharge of $25 per night plus a $75 cleaning fee. Please inquire/request at the time of booking so that a waiver can be emailed and signed. Additional fee will be requested through AirBnB. Other things to note Lake access - Brantingham is a public lake, with no public parking. You must launch your boat, park back at Hidden Hollow and then walk back to the lake. Its roughly a 20 min operation.
