Step into comfort and style with our inviting open-concept first floor, featuring a cozy living room with a fold-out couch bed and a large TV, and a modern kitchen with a spacious island. To make your arrival easier, we provide coffee pods, ground coffee, filters, dish soap, detergent, and other essentials. Enjoy the sunroom that opens to a backyard. Relax in the shaded garden, explore medicinal plants under the canopy of a majestic Cedar tree, or fire up the grill and unwind in the seating area (seasonal availability). Please note that the garden may vary with the seasons as we continue to enhance this urban retreat. Upstairs, the second floor offers two generous bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with a king bed—and a full bath with a shower and tub. The third floor features another full bath with a walk-in shower and a versatile twin daybed that can be converted into a king bed upon request, in addition to various earth conscious children's toys. All mattresses are memory foam, free from allergens and toxic chemicals, ensuring a restful sleep. We also offer an additional queen-size air mattress and various amenities for infants and small children. Book now and immerse yourself in the ideal blend of city buzz and peaceful escape. Guest access You will have access to the entire home except for one bedroom on the third floor. This is our bedroom for when we need to come into town. Garage access is available for one vehicle only. Any violation of this policy will result in a $150 fee. Other things to note Responsible booking person must be over age 25. No parties or guests allowed other than those booked for. Please take care of our home as if it were yours. We take great pride in providing a clean, and welcoming home-like atmosphere for our guests, so we appreciate your respect so we can continue to do so. Second floor deck off of the rear bedroom is off limits, while necessary maintenance is done. Garage access is available upon request, Only one vehicle allowed. Vehicle size is limited to cars, SUV's and normal height vehicles due to the height of the garage door. No oversized vehicles or cargo vans. Garage door is under video surveillance in the event of any damage and for your safety. Grill access: There are two grills - propane and charcoal. You are welcome to go out and purchase charcoal for the charcoal grill, but we will try to always have a propane tank filled and available for the gas grill.
